1. How to let someone in the front gate? 
    • When someone comes to the front gate they should approach the gate on the left side of the entryway and look up your last name and press the call button. Your phone which has been programmed to the box will ring. After you answer the call, you will press the number 9, the gate should open, and your visitor should be able to enter. 
  1. Gate hours?
    • The back gate, Centre Street, is open Monday- Saturday from 8 am to 7 pm. 
    • The Cedar Village gate is closed at all times.

  1. If there is an emergency: If you have an emergency you should call the management office and explain to the answering service what your emergency is and they will contact the person who is on call. Please note beeping smoke detectors or light bulbs out in the hallways are not emergencies.
  1. How to pay HOA and what is included? There are several options in paying your monthly maintenance fees. 
    •  Send a check to the Associations bank lockbox. 
    • Utilize your banks online banking system and send a check to the Association’s lockbox. 
    • Sign up for automatic debit through the management office. (forms are available through the management office)
    • Pay online through the communities website. Please note a 3% convenience fee is added to use this service. 
  1. Pet policy 
    • There are limitations on keeping animals at Nobility Crest. Specifically, an owner or tenant may keep no more than a total of four birds or two dogs or two cats or one dog and one cat or any number of fish or a combination thereof, in the individual home as a pet or pets(as applicable), so long as no dog or cat weighs more than thirty-eight (38) pounds. No bird, or fish is raised for commercial purposes. All pets are kept in the individual unit, or whenever outside of the Unit, are kept on a leash or in an animal carrier or carried whenever possible, and accompanied by the Unit Owner. Unit Owners are responsible for the cost of any repairs required to any Common Element due to the damage caused by the Unit Owner’s pet or the pet of any guest, agent, employee, servant, etc. of the Unit Owner. The foregoing restrictions shall apply whether the pet lives at the Project or whether it is there temporarily. Not with standing the foregoing, Seeing Eye dogs and physician-prescribed therapy dogs are not considered pets and thereby are permitted within the project, provided proper proof of the use of such animal is provided to the Association.   2. The association between Cedar Village and Nobility Crest
    • Cedar Village and Nobility Crest share the common roadway called Cedar Village blvd. Nobility Crest pays Cedar Village a yearly easement agreement fee for the use of the roadway. Included in this fee is the use of the gate as you enter and exit the community. Nobility Crest does not have access to make changes to the gate. Should you wish to change your information in the call box contact the Nobility Crest management office. Please note changes to the system may take several days. We do not have access to make any changes. The gate is currently closed at all times. 
  3. What are the committees and how can I join? The community has several committees currently in which a resident may join they are as follows:
    • Decorating- residents representing each building assist in the selection of furniture and accessories for the common areas, as needed.
    • Finance- members will help review the current spending and assist with setting the budget for the following year.
    • Garden Club- members lend a hand in the selection of the flowers used around the grounds, including the large flower pots in front of each of the buildings, the pool area, holiday wreaths, etc. the flowers are planted by the landscaper. 
    • Social- members help select the various activities throughout the year. They also assist with the selection of food and decorations along with helping with the set-up and clean-up. Past events have included the holiday party, BBQs around the pool, Super Bowl parties, etc. 
    • Welcome Committee- volunteers greet new residents after they move in, answer some basic questions they may have, along with giving them the phone directory and rule book.
    • Activities- Book Club, Pilates, Mahjong, Poker Night, Billiards Club, Movie Night, Canasta, Progressive Pinochle (May 1), Water Aerobics, Knit and Stitch
      • Any Suggestions for new activities and clubs are always welcome, but please discuss with the Board members first. Check the Activities Calendar on the back of the Newsletter once our community re-opens for dates and times of the events.
